When I completed my PMP last month, it was one big relief.. I just wanted to get out and enjoy.You know what I mean? So when Hubby planned a trip to Chikmagalur with his office colleagues, I was really excited. I loveee Chikmagalur .. The greens are some of the greenest that I’ve ever seen. We stayed at the Ghatikallu home stay..

Rooms and facilities could definitely have been better. Really basic ameneties and it was not organized very well. The food was aso average.

Tucked in a remote corner of Chikmagalur district is ‘Ghatikallu’. Nestled in the lap of ‘Balalarayanadurga’ (Balalarayanadurga is a mighty peak with a fort at the top, built by King Balalaraya) Ghatikallu is spread over a 100 acres of coffee, pepper and cardamom estate with a stream cutting right through, only to add to its beauty.
