Baking Experiments

Finally I could get a recipe right.. Really want to thank Monika for this. 🙂 Thanks sweetheart.. First for explaining the baking ABCs to me and 2nd for introducing this site.  I am slowly gaining confidence in baking. So this Saturday, I decided to follow a recipe to the DOT and see if I really have it in me to bake! I have still not been able to get hold of the measuring cups so I didn’t want to try recipes that just gave measurements in cups.. I used the kitchen weighing scale this time and kept all materials handy and measured. Presenting my first success story
